There are thousands of things in life to be obsessed about. Technology has been my lifelong passion.
Stop for a moment and give this a careful consideration. Technology is probably the only realm where the only constant variable is change and the pace at which changes occur can be intimidating to most folks.
Grab a phone with camera and ask your mom or grandmom to apply a sephia effect on the image that you've just taken or maybe just start a PowerPoint presentation and ask them to make simple editing. What you can accomplish in minutes is a daunting task to them. A more popular phrase to describe this is what we know of as technological laggard. You may think of it as funny but try to think forward say one or two decades from now and don't rule out the possibility that you will be in their shoes then.
Currently, we are already witnessing a transformation from the era of desktop computing to the era of phones and cloud computing. If the sound of it is nauseating, then we'd better be cautioned and do something to keep ourselves updated. If we carry on to be complacent, we will lag behind in the blink of an eye and entirely shut off of all the promises that new innovation brings.
I am not the savviest or techiest guy but I am a tech lover who happens to have deep affection with writing. I see blogging as an effective way to keep myself updated to the constantly moving realm of technology while allowing me to share useful knowledge to my readers.
My door is always opened to any opportunity. If you have something in mind and want to explore the possibility, drop me a line and I love to hear from you.
